Rev. Glenn Murray started his Zen training in 1995, taking over as head instructor when the founding Priest, Ginny Whitelaw Roshi, moved away. He trained first under Hozokawa Roshi, Kancho (Archbishop) of Chozen-ji Daihonzon, then under Miller Roshi, Shike (Abbot) of Daiyuzen-ji, upon Hosokawa Roshi's retirement in 2005, then under Brand Roshi, on Miller Roshi's retirement in 2023. Glenn was ordained in 2024.

Rev. Chris Britton started his Zen training in 1997 and is now a senior instructor. He trained first under Hozokawa Roshi, Kancho (Archbishop) of Chozen-ji Daihonzon, then under Miller Roshi, Shike (Abbot) of Daiyuzen-ji, upon Hosokawa Roshi's retirement in 2005, then under Brand Roshi, on Miller Roshi's retirement in 2023. Chris was ordained in 2024. |
